Built in Yangzhou in 2009, the China Huaiyang Cuisine History and Culture Museum includes the Ancient Huanghai River Culture Hall, the Huaiyang Cuisine Culture Hall, the Huaian Folk Custom Hall, Tasting Room and the Huaiyang Cuisine Research Institute. Not only can one get a thorough understanding of Huaiyang Cuisine history and culture but one can also taste authentic Huaiyang style dishes in this museum.
