This part is a panpipe solo. Legend has it that Emperor Taizong (Li Shimin) of the Tang Dynasty heard a yellow warbler twitter when he conferred the title of Crown Prince to his ninth son Li Zhi. The emperor took it as an auspicious omen so that he ordered a professional musician to compose a melody called Twittering of the Yellow Warbler.
