Located on the north bank of the Irtysh River in Burqin County, Xinjiang Autonomous Region, Five-Color Beach is China’s most beautiful rock Yadan landform. Most of the rocks are red while some of them are yellow, white, black or green. Hence, its name. Standing on the beach, one can have a panoramic view of the oases and desert on the south bank of the Irtysh River.
