In Tongren County, Huangnan Autonomic Prefecture of Qinghai Province, the Great Prayer Festival is held annually during the Chinese New Year for blessing. It is a traditional custom of the native-born Bon Religion in Tibet. During this time, you can attend lots of dharma assemblies. The dharmas dressed in colorful costumes will perform religious dances, which are very impressive.
