Pan-Seared Green Chili Pepper is named Hu Pi Jian Jiao in Chinese which means seared chili peppers with tiger skin liked appearance. This dish is made out of chili peppers only, and the taste is fantastic with smashed garlic and a special sauce added. The sauce contains white sugar, salt, light soy sauce, vinegar and cooking wine. As the green peppers are fried deeply, the dish is not spicy at all.
