Endowed with beautiful natural scenery, Mt. Emei is one of the most well-known Buddhist Mountains in China. There are 26 temples in all. Legend has it that this mountain is the shrine of Samantabhadra in Mahayana Buddhism. Cloud sea, sunrise, Buddha rays and saint lamps are four spectacles of Mt. Emei. What’s more, visitors who come here can have a close contact with the monkeys.
