Spring Festival Overture is the most famous traditional Chinese music for celebrating the Lunar New Year. The music vividly describes the happy atmosphere and prosperous scene during the Spring Festival. Created by a famous Chinese musician Li Huanzhi, the music shows a typical feature of the tune and rhythm of the folk music of northern Shaanxi province of China. Many musical instruments are used like Suona, flute, gong, drum, oboe, violin, marimba etc.
