Nanjing Road is the main shopping center of Shanghai. It is also one of the famous commercial streets in the world. It is comprised of East Nanjing Road and West Nanjing Road. However, most people think the Nanjing Road refers to East Nanjing Road. It starts from the Middle Henan Road in the east and ends at the Middle Xizang Road in the west. There are old and famous department stores, all kinds of domestic retail outlets and traditional restaurants with a long history in this well-known dedicated commercial zone.
